By development and delivery of the most innovative process control solutions, they support industries to safe, green and efficient processes. Through there facilities in the Netherlands, Hungary, USA and China, we design, manufacture, market and service our products, operate in the global market. There products are online analyzers, sampling probes, entire sampling systems and integrated systems. Philosophy is to create the optimum combination between customer's application requirement, existing equipment and the specific values and benefits of technologies.
They are looking for a product manager for a special product an online XRF analyzer that can measure various elements in liquid flows. This measurement is used for various applications, for instance:
- Environmental: Sulphur in Crude and motor fuels, metals in mining and reclaim/recycling
- Corrosion protection: Salt in Crude, Cl in overhead water
- Catalyst protection: metals in crude, P, Cl and metals in biofuel production
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Improving the market position and market share in collaboration with the Area Sales managers
- Taking initiative for development of the products and/or optimize regarding the various product-market combinations
- Supporting Sales by visiting customers
- Providing commercial and technical support directly to the customer during negotiations about offers and working out offers if necessary
- Reviewing applications and purchase specifications of the relevant products and systems
- Translating (on a technical level) and transferring the wishes of the customer to engineering to ensure the project is technically worked out correctly in detail
- Performing coordinating tasks between Sales, Engineering and Service with regard to technical implementation matters within the scope of the transfer
- Acting as the commercial and technical expert regarding there products.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO working and thinking level technical direction (such as E, M, process of chemical engineering)
- Ability to operate in the conflicting field of technical expertise and commercial orientation.
